    (ATR) Budgets for the 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremonies range from $22 million to $60 million. While closing ceremony budgets are relatively uniform, the budget for Moscowâ??s medal ceremony are considerably higher.

    Opening Ceremony budget:

    Paris: $36 million
    New York: $60 million (includes closing ceremonies)
    London: $30 million
    Madrid: $60 million
    Moscow: $22 million

    Closing Ceremony budget:

    Paris: $8.4 million
    New York: $60 million (includes opening ceremonies)
    London: $20 million
    Madrid: $30 million
    Moscow: $24 million

    Medal Award Ceremony budget:

    Paris: $1.2 million
    New York: $2.1 million
    London: $2 million
    Madrid: $3 million
    Moscow: $12 million
