    Sochi’s operations budget breaks $1.5 billion while Salzburg’s is the smallest at $965 million. In all three cities, information systems are a major item in the budget.

    Pyeongchang: $1,257,000,000
    Biggest items: information systems, 13 percent; other, 13 percent; and workforce, 13 percent.

    Salzburg: $965,018,000
    Biggest items: information systems, 16 percent; sports venue operation, 15 percent; and workforce, 14 percent.

    Sochi: $1,517,558,000
    Biggest items: games workforce, 18 percent; other, 17 percent; and information systems, 10 percent.
