  • No Time to Spare for Turin 2006 Says IOC


    Organizers of the 2006 Olympics in Turin face next month's two-year mark to the Games "with no time to spare" warns Jean-Claude Killy, chairman of the International Olympic Committee's coordination commission.

    Killy spoke at the close of the latest meeting for the commission, also delivering praise for progress since the group's last visit in 2003. Sources tell Around the Rings that hotel space remains one of the thornier issues to settle.
