    Each city presented surveys conducted at different times in 2007 and 2008. All say they have strong public support; none mention any public opposition.In this installment of By the Book, Around the Rings presents a look at the public support of Chicago, Madrid, Rio de Janeiro and Tokyo for the 2016 Olympics and Paralympics.
