The first United States Olympic Academy event in 23 years will open on Tuesday, April 15 in Los Angeles, California.
Olympian John Naber will act as the master of ceremonies. Director of the International Olympic Academy Dionyssis Gangas has also joined the line-up of speakers on the program.

The trial for Oscar Pistorius resumes Monday at the Pretoria High Court.
Judge Thokozile Masipa honored a request from the prosecution on Friday for the court to be adjourned until Monday morning.
The defense is expected to call 14 to 17 witnesses after the Olympian's testimony concludes. The trial is expected to last into May before Judge Thokozile Masipa makes a decision.
On March 3, Pistorius pleaded not guilty to one charge of murder and a firearms charge associated with Steenkamp's killing. If convicted, Pistorius faces 25 years in jail.
