(ATR) Olympian Emily Hughes plans for life after figure skating, with help from EY's Women Athletes Business Network.
Alongside the International Women's Forum, EY has selected and matched 25 female athletes with prominent female business leaders who will support their transition to the business world after retirement from sport.
Hughes, a member of the 2006 U.S. Olympic team, discusses her experience so far with EY's mentoring program and her transition from figure skating to a career with Google Fiber in San Francisco, California.
The 26-year-old also reflects on ways the IOC and a few NOCs are making strides toward gender equity in sport.
