    The Sports Director will play a significant part in competition management as well as setting up and establishing National Associations. Reporting to the Secretary General and working closely with other senior colleagues, the Sports Director will ensure the effective development and delivery of all of the FITEQ sporting disciplines.

    This leadership position is tasked with developing and delivering an effective, influential and dynamic communication strategy on an international scope in order to ensure a concise and effective message to external stake holders. The chosen candidate will play a key role in communicating the federation’s mission statement in its intent to become a major player in the international sports scene. In addition, the Communications Director will effectively communicate and promote FITEQ’s community driven, and social initiatives.

    The Commercial Director is a key position within the federation tasked with overseeing the full remit of the commercial department across Sponsorship, Media Rights, and TV & Broadcasting service. The chosen individual will be required to devise an effective strategy to open various revenue channels for the federation and create key, long lasting partnerships with attractive brands, broadcasters, and agencies.

    Managing Director – Budapest, Hungary – Closing Date: 3/22/2018
    We are seeking a Managing Director to run the Teqball business from their head offices in Budapest. Leading the growth and strategy, this Managing Director will be required to work closely with the Sales Director to develop Teqball’s global sales strategy and development. They will also work closely with the Secretary-General of FITEQ to ensure consistency and alignment of brand messaging and the promotion, commercialisation and growth of the sport.

    IAAF Portal to Report Doping 

    The IAAF has launched a secure online portal in six languages that can be used to report doping, the latest weapon in its fight against cheating in sport. The launch ensures that reporting suspicions of doping is made as easy as possible by simply clicking on the ‘REPORT DOPING’ banner which is displayed on the main IAAF home page and its medical and anti-doping section.The page – which is available in English, French, Spanish, Russian, Chinese and Arabic – is available here.

    Jamie Nieto Medical fund
    For anyone who does not know, Jamie is a two-time Olympian and four-time USA Champion in the high jump. He earned his place on the podium the right way, through hard work and dedication to his craft. He is now a private coach for an elite group of jumpers, in addition to an actor, writer, and producer. Those within the track world and beyond are fond of his regular interview series, Holla Athcha Boy, where he interviews world class and Olympic athletes. On Saturday, April 23rd, 2016 Jamie Nieto was involved in a tragic accident while at practice, during which he suffered spinal cord injuries. All the details are still coming together regarding his condition and prognosis, however one thing is clear: he needs our help.
